- All international prices will be calculated based on the weight of your package and the shipping address. You will be sent a shipping agreement 24-48 hours after your order is placed. You must respond to the email before your order begins processing.
- International shipments will be sent through FedEx Economy International (4-10 business days for delivery)
- APO/FPO under $300.00 will be sent USPS Priority Mail. If over $300.00, order must be split into $300.00 parcels and shipped separately.
Returns on website items can be made only within 60 days of shipment for refund, no exceptions. Special orders not listed on the website are not returnable or refundable.
For speedy exchanges we recommend returning the items you would like to exchange and placing a new order for the correct items. For even exchanges, please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you ship the items until you receive the new items.
Free returns are not available for orders/merchandise being returned from locations outside of the continental US and APO/FPO locations, including AK, HI and PR. These packages must be sent postage paid by the consumer.
In the event a customer receives the wrong or defective merchandise a replacement will be issued to the customer at no cost. The original item(s) must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days to complete the transaction. If merchandise is not received within 14 days, the customer's account will be placed on hold until either merchandise or payment is received.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing on all returns.
Free Return Checklist:
- Product(s) must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
- ALL UNDERGARMENTS, TIGHTS, BOOKS, VIDEOS, CD'S, DVD'S, SALE ITEMS, EMBROIDERED ITEMS, and MAKE-UP ARE A FINAL SALE unless defective.
- Shoe boxes must not be damaged. Do not use your shoebox as the shipping box.
- Please include a copy of your invoice. If you send the original, it will not be returned.
- To print out your FedEx or USPS return label, please login to your account and select the order that contains your return(s). A link from the order will create your label for printing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages; we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment, as our pre-printed label is not an insured label.
