What methods of payment do you accept?

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Google Checkout. Certified checks and money orders are accepted by mail. There is a $25 service charge for returned checks.

     

    How can I check my order status?

  • There are several ways to check on your order: Visit the My Account section of the web site (you may also click on the "My Account" tab in the upper left corner of the site) and log-in using your email address and the password that you chose when you placed your order. If you do not have a password, please call us toll-free at 1-800-775-0578 and we will help you create one. You may also call or e-mail info@allaboutdance.com to check the status.

    What shipping method do you use?

  • Our basic service is Priority/FirstClass Mail through the US Postal Service. We also use FedEx Express service, and FedEx Ground/Home service depending on weight and destination.

     

    How long will shipping take?

  • In stock items usually ship within 1 business day. Standard delivery averages 2-4 days. Express Delivery, which is guaranteed in 1-2 days, is also available. Out of stock items may take a bit longer.

     

    I have an APO address, which shipping rates apply?

  • Shipping to an APO or FPO address is no problem at all. We use USPS Priority Mail, and the rates are the same as for the domestic US.

     

    Do you charge sales tax?

  • We charge sales tax in the following states. Tax rates can vary down to the city level. In many states all items we sell are taxable however in certain states some items may be exempt from sales tax. In addition some states require us to charge sales tax on shipping. In all cases our systems will determine the appropriate tax to be collected. If you have a valid resale certificate on file with us you will not be charged sales tax.

    What does it mean when an item is backordered?

  • We carry a tremendous inventory. However, from time to time supplies of a certain size, color or style may run out temporarily. When we run out, we usually restock within just a couple of days. Sometimes an item may be backordered from the manufacturer for a longer period of time. When that happens we notify the customer immediately.

     

    How do I know if the item I want to order is in stock?

  • Our website indicates real time inventory. If an item from your order is not in stock, a message will appear when that item is added to your shopping cart. The message will say, "normally ships in" followed by a link to a shipping estimate chart broken down by brand. If you click on the link, the chart will tell you the average restocking time for the item you ordered. You may also call or e-mail to check stock.

     

    Do you offer partial shipments and is there an additional shipping charge?

  • We are happy to offer partial shipments at no additional shipping charge for our domestic customers. If you would like your order shipped partial, please just note your order during the checkout process or call or email us, and we will be happy to ship items as they become available.

     

    I want to order, but I am not sure what size I need. What should I do?

  • Our customer service representatives are standing by to assist you. We are always just a call or e-mail away. We have experience fitting all that we sell, and want to help you get the correct size the first time. When purchasing shoes, please click on the description before adding them to your cart. Most descriptions include fitting information.

     

    I just placed an order, can I change it?

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed online. However, as long as the order has not shipped, you can change address, color, size, quantities, etc. Just give us a call or email us, and we will help you make any changes you might need.

     

    Do you sell wholesale?

  • We are not a wholesaler, but we can offer additional discounts for bulk orders. Orders over $500 are eligible for an additional 8% discount.

     

    Are the dance shoes you carry unisex?

  • Most of the shoes are designed for women, and unless noted otherwise fitting instructions are based on women's sizing. Many of our shoes can be worn by men also, but unless men's sizing instructions are specifically stated, men should go up 2-2.5 sizes from the suggested fit.
