Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item for merchandise exchange, store website credit (we issue you a digital coupon) or a credit card refund. Shipping is non-refundable. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from AllAboutDance.com.
Please include the Merchandise Return Form that you received with your package and a copy of your receipt that you printed online. Wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment. If you do not have your online receipt, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Please allow 2 weeks for the processing of returns. If your exchange order is urgent, please call us toll-free at 1.800.775.0578. We can place a new order for you and ship in-stock items immediately. Once we receive your return, we will refund your credit card. Shoes must be returned unworn and in original unmarked box. Shoes that show signs of wear will not be accepted. Shoe boxes should not be damaged or have writing on them. Please do not use the the shoe box as actual shipping crate. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for ruined shoe boxes. We will notify you via e-mail of your exchange or credit card refund after we have completely processed the returned item. Exchanges are charged at a flat discount shipping rate of $6.00. International exchanges are charged based on the actual shipping rate.
Please Note: We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Fitting information is suggested as a guide and cannot be guaranteed. ALL TIGHTS, GAYNOR MINDEN POINTE SHOES, CDs, BOOKS, DVDs, VIDEOS and CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES and we do not process returns for these items. Special Orders cannot be returned for any reason. For sanitary reasons, undergarments of any kind are not returnable. If you have a question about what falls into this category, please do not hesitate to call us. Clothes must be returned with all tags intact. If any tags are missing, the merchandise will not be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation. |
