State of the Art Facility
AllAboutDance has settled into our new, state of the art distribution and office facility. Automated equipment and a larger, centralized staff will allow us to ship more orders faster and more efficiently than ever before with low shipping costs in 2009.
Commitment to Service
You deserve superior customer service at AllAboutDance. We have integrated our computer systems and continue to train our customer service representatives so that they can provide the best service in the industry. Our goal is to significantly improve our level of service to you this year. Our customer service representatives should be the friendliest and most knowledgeable around, and we will do everything in our power to make that the case.

AllAboutDance cares about its impact on the environment and knows that you do as well. Here is a look at how we plan to act responsibly and help you conserve too:
- We are introducing a new, slim catalog design that saves paper while still showcasing a huge selection of new dancewear products and plenty of classic favorites. The new design will not cut back on dancewear product offerings in any way, and you'll love the sleek, organized look.
- We are increasing our collection of organic and natural products to give you more environmentally-conscious options for your dancewear needs.
- We encourage customers to shop via the web and will send catalogs to only those customers who want them. If you prefer to shop on the web and not receive a paper catalog, please just let us know and we will remove you from the catalog mailing list. An upgrade to the look and performance of our website will provide you with easier access to product photos, sizing, color, and detail not available in a paper catalog. Stay tuned for the many exciting features coming to www.allaboutdance.com this year.
- Cutting down on cardboard is an industry-wide goal, and we are working with vendors who will use less cardboard for shoe packaging in 2009.
- We recycle and conserve energy as much as possible at our facility with responsible reuse and disposal of paper products, containers, and even the boxes used to ship our merchandise to customers.

AllAboutDance knows the hardships the current economic crisis has caused and will continue to offer all of our merchandise at prices of up to 35% off retail everyday, as well as periodic sales events, and discount programs for larger orders.
