How do I make the proper conversion to US sizing for my shoes?
Making the proper conversion to US sizing is a two step process. First, please click here to determine your US street shoe size. Next, see the manufacturer’s fitting instruction for each individual shoe. Let’s say that you are interested in the LEOS063 Satin Ballet shoe. You will see that the item contains a description and Fitting Information that reads, "Children: Fit same as street. Women: Fits 1 to 1 1/2 sizes down from street shoe." If you were a size 8 in Women’s US sizing, you would select either a size 6.5 or 7. Make sure you check the manufacturer’s fitting suggestion for each shoe in your order to ensure proper sizing. Please remember that fitting information is a guide, and not a guarantee.
If my shoes do not fit, can I return them?
Please feel free to send back any returnable items (Please see our return policy). We will be glad to issue you a credit card refund, or get you out another size or style for a discounted shipping rate determined by package weight and destination. The flat $6 exchange rate does not apply to international destinations for returns. We are not able to cover shipping charges for you to send items back to us, so it may be more economical to see if a fellow dancer in your area would be willing to purchase it from you. This is an effective method that many of our international customers have taken in the past.
