Will I have to pay customs fees upon delivery?
Customs issues are out of our control. These taxes are imposed by government regulated agencies whose policies vary by country. We are not liable for any fees that become due upon delivery, and these charges are not included in your shipping cost. Please contact your local customs agency to inquire about any fees which will become due for dancewear, dance shoes, tights, knitwear etc. They should be able to provide a clearer picture as to what you may be responsible for upon delivery.
Are you able to declare zero value on my products for customs purposes?
No, we are unable to change our prices or invoices for customs tax avoidance. This action is against the law.
