A shoe that fits so well it needs no straps! So no more sewing!! You won't want them but the straps are included.
Besides a nice comfy fit, the shoe is made from an antibacterial and
wicking stretch canvas on a curved shoe last to create a left and right
shoe. There is an anatomically correct deep cut inner top-line sole
arch design for flattering arches. The bungie memory, soft coated
lingerie elastic draw string is bound by an elastic binding for optimum
and non-abrasive hold- snugs the slipper to your foot so no straps are
required. Features a split suede leather sole and heel patch, with a
spongy leather sole for comfort. The short front sole and long pleats
allow room for toes and arch enhancement. The strong canvas supports and protects muscles with a secure fit.
A note about fitting:
A ballet shoe fits properly when it is snug, and fits snug at the toes.
When the toes are pointed if you can pinch the fabric at the back of
the heel the shoe is a good fit. In a children's ballet shoe where the
feet are still growing there should also be enough space at the
big toe for a small pinch (approximately half the width of a thumb).
Children wear same as street. Adults should go down 2 to 2.5 sizes from
street--2 sizes down for a looser fit or a wide foot and 2.5 sizes down for a snug fit or medium
to narrow foot.
